You are invited to 2021 Annual Meeting and Awards Presentation

With COVID-19 restrictions relaxing a bit, we invite you to join us for our 2021 Annual Business Meeting. It will be great to see everyone again! Help us honor our award recipients and conduct our annual business. Check your mailbox for the newly revised bylaws to be voted on at the meeting in the May 2021 edition of The Callawegian.

This year’s event will be outside, under a big tent on the Boyd & Boyd lot (204 E 5th St, Fulton, MO 65251), with tables and chairs for all. Parking is ample on the Boyd & Boyd lot, at Central Bank, and at our Research Center lot.

Features of the day include homemade ice cream and cookies, awards to distinguished recipients, the annual business meeting, an exciting program on the new Carver School renovation project, and tours of the Research Center, as it celebrates its second anniversary in the new location.

While there is no charge for the meeting, we ask all attendees to RSVP by email or calling us at 573-642-0570 to help in planning for ice cream, assigning seating, and in determining a quorum for voting.
